To ensure the Alabama voter's rights are preserved, Independent Alabama hereby strives to:
[1] work collectively to overcome ballot access restrictions and restore a voter's right to choose any candidate that meets the constitutional requirements
[2] work collectively to overcome media censorship of candidates, thereby restoring voters' ability to learn about all candidates
[3] work collectively for open access to political debates:
a. for any candidate that meets constitutional requirements;
b. to maximize opportunity for voter participation.
[4] work collectively to reduce the corrosive effects of partisanship on the electoral and judicial process and on the rights of citizens.
